Purchasing a vehicle from a highline brand is always a significant investment. This will cause many buyers to search for a vehicle that will hold the most value after it has been purchased. So which luxury brand has the best resale value?

Every year, Kelley Blue Book announces the top ranking luxury brand in their study of vehicle resale value. The study looks at how well a vehicle retains its value at two points after the purchase dates, 36 months and 60 months. After the results were tallied, KBB determined the best luxury brand. This year’s winner: Porsche.

Porsche Model Lineup Resale Value

Several models in the Porsche lineup also took home individual wins in the various Best Resale Value Award categories. The Porsche Panamera was named the winner in the Best High-End Luxury Car category. In the Best Luxury Compact SUV/Crossover category, the Porsche Macan was named the winner. The Porsche 718 Cayman and Porsche 718 Boxster grabbed the top two spots in the Best Sports Car Category. The iconic Porsche 911 notched a second place spot in the Best High-Performance Car Category.
