Consumer Satisfaction Award Criteria

In order to qualify for a Consumer Satisfaction Award, there are a few criteria that our dealership must meet. These criteria are:

  • Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the 2016 calendar year
  • Average star rating of 4.0 out of a 5.0 scale (calculated quarterly)
  • At least one review per quarter on DealerRater for the 2016 calendar year
  • Must not have been blacklisted within the 2016 calendar year

Dealerships are given an overall PowerScore™ that is based on their average star rating as well as the total number of reviews written about the dealership during that calendar year. These Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to top U.S. used car dealerships and Canadian car dealerships based on their PowerScore™.
